Who it's forFor vocational & technical schools
Workshop practice for every student, without the workshop risks
Not every student gets enough time on real machines, and mistakes there are dangerous. Here they practise diagnosis, safety steps and planning on 3D machines in a simulated plant, as often as they need.

- A web browser, 3D included

In a maintenance class
A press has stopped mid-batch. Each student walks to it in 3D, locks out the line in the right order, reads the drive's signals and says what's broken. The teacher sees who skipped a safety step, and who got it right first time.
How it works
Every exercise follows the same rhythm as the real job: a problem arrives, you investigate, you act, and the simulated company responds.
- 01
Choose the practice
Machine diagnosis, safety procedures, plant orientation, planning.
- 02
Students practise
On a school computer or at home, as many times as they need.
- 03
Safety is enforced
Unsafe steps are refused and recorded, so habits form correctly.
- 04
Teachers follow progress
See each student's steps and skills.
What you practise
Concrete tasks taken from the exercises on this page. Each one is done with real data, under real constraints, inside the same simulated company.
- T01
Plant orientation
Find your way around a factory and its work centres.
- T02
Fault diagnosis
Read machine signals and find the cause.
- T03
Lockout/tagout
Isolate energy before working on equipment.
- T04
Basic planning
Understand how orders, stock and capacity fit together.
What your organisation gets
Evidence, not attendance.
- 01
More practice per student
Not limited by machine time or workshop space.
- 02
Safe mistakes
Students learn from errors that would be dangerous in real life.
- 03
Ready for apprenticeships
Students arrive at a workplace having already practised the basics.
The tools you work with
Working tools, not screenshots. They read the same live data as the rest of the simulated company, and what you change in one shows up in the others.
- 01
Machine data
Vibration, temperature, cycle time and throughput per work centre, over time.
- 02
Work orders
Work orders, repair history, spare parts and who is assigned to what.
- 03
Master schedule
Build the weekly schedule and see what can still be promised to customers.
- 04
Material planning
Explode the bill of materials, net it against stock and release orders.
- 05
Bill of materials
Walk the product structure level by level and see where each part is used.
- 06
Capacity
Load against available hours per work centre, with overtime and offload options.
Six levels, one exercise
Teachers and trainers choose how much help each person gets. The exercise stays the same; only the guidance and the grading change.

What every attempt leaves behind
Judge the work, not a quiz score. Every attempt is recorded as it happens, so you can see how someone worked, not only where they ended up.
Every action, in order
What was checked, who was asked, what was changed and when. Nothing is overwritten.
Scores by skill
Each exercise scores the skills it was built to test, from what was actually done.
Weak habits, flagged
Poor patterns in how the work was done are flagged, not only wrong final answers.
A replay of the attempt
Step through the session as it happened, with typed personal details masked.

Does it replace the workshop?
No. It adds practice time and makes workshop time safer, because students already know the steps.
What equipment do we need?
Ordinary computers with a web browser.
Can teachers add their own procedures?
Yes. A written procedure can be turned into a new exercise, with AI help for the first draft.
