Pilot programme

Run a pilot with one course or one team.

Bring one procedure or course outcome. We build it into a practisable mission, run a cohort through it and hand you the evidence of what each learner actually did.

  • ScopeOne course outcome, or one operation or procedure that matters to your organisation.
  • LearnersOne cohort, with their instructor or training lead, working in guided, independent and assessment modes.
  • OutputEvidence of what each learner did: competencies, flagged anti-patterns and session replays.
  • Your partA named lead, the outcomes or procedure to practise, dates, and someone who can approve data processing.
  • Row-level security per tenant
  • Session replay with input masking
  • KVKK & GDPR notices
  • WCAG AA, axe-checked
  • AI capped off in assessment

Step 1 of 4: Who are you?

Which best describes you?

How a pilot runs

Five stages, from one conversation about your course or operation to evidence you can review learner by learner.

  1. 01

    Scoping

We agree one course outcome or one high-cost operation: its procedures, systems and the people involved.

  2. 02

    World build

Your context and tools are built, reusing our kits wherever they fit.

  3. 03

    Mission authoring

Missions are written in Professor Studio, then validated and playtested before any learner sees them.

  4. 04

    Cohort run

Learners work through guided, independent and assessment modes inside the simulated organisation.

  5. 05

    Evidence review

You review competencies, anti-patterns and session replays — per learner, with the moments that mattered marked.

Who it fits today

Universities and engineering schools, companies training people on operational decisions, and training providers — in the subjects the mission library covers now.

Missions available today

  • Production planning and control
  • Operations management
  • Industrial engineering
  • Supply chain and warehouse operations
  • Maintenance and reliability
  • Software operations and incident response

Not yet

  • Finance and accounting
  • Healthcare and clinical training
  • CAD, FEA or physics-level engineering simulation

Other procedures can be expressed with the authoring kits. If yours is not a good fit yet, we will say so rather than stretch the product.

Data protection, in writing

Read what the product does with learner data before you decide. Each document describes the product as it is today.

Questions

Still unsure? Start the request anyway — it takes about two minutes and commits you to nothing.

What does a pilot cost?

Pilot scope and pricing are agreed after the scoping conversation, because they depend on the course or operation and on how much of the world already exists in our kits.

What do you need from us?

A named instructor or training lead, the learning outcomes or procedure to practise, a cohort and its dates, and someone who can approve data processing. For universities, the course syllabus is the best starting point.

Which subjects can a pilot cover today?

Production planning and control, operations management, industrial engineering, supply chain and warehouse operations, maintenance and reliability, and software operations and incident response. Other procedures can be built with the authoring kits; we will say plainly if yours is not a good fit yet.

How is learner data protected?

Each organisation's data is isolated with row-level security, session recordings mask inputs, and processing is covered by a data processing agreement. The privacy notice, KVKK notice, DPA and subprocessor list are public.
